PeraGuard® is a one-of-a-kind granular (dry) peracetic acid-based EPA registered floor
& equipment sanitizer. PeraGuard® is a single part product that becomes activated when
exposed to moisture. The beads are air-dried and low density, resulting in an odorless dustfree
product that is easily spread and is non-slip even on smooth floors. When the moisture
is absorbed from the atmosphere or added, peracetic acid is formed in situ, becoming a
powerful, robust sanitizer. PeraGuard® is tested to be effective against Staphylococcus
aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157:H7, and Salmonella. PeraGuard® is phosphatefree
and is 100% biodegradable. PeraGuard® does not contain any quaternary ammonium
compounds (quats) and will not impact wastewater or digestor systems.
