TUBERCULOCIDAL ACTIVITY: This product exhibits
disinfectant efficacy against Mycobacterium tuberculosis
var .bovis in 10 minutes at 20° C when used as directed on
previously cleaned, hard, nonporous, inanimate surfaces.
This product exhibits disinfectant efficacy in 10 minutes against
the following organisms when used as directed on hard, non-porous, inanimate surfaces in the presence of 5% blood serum:
*VIRUCIDAL – Human Immunodeficiency Virus T ype I [HIV-1:
A retro virus that causes “AIDS” (Acquired Immune Deficiency
Syndrome)]; Herpes Simplex Virus T ype II (ATCC VR-734) and
Influenza Virus A2/Hong Kong (ATCC VR-544). BACTERICIDAL
– Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 15442), Staphylococcus
aureus (ATCC 6538), Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus
(MRSA, ATCC 33592), and Salmonella enterica (ATCC 10708).
FUNGICIDAL – Athlete’s Foot Fungus (Trichophyton
mentagrophytes [ATCC 9533], a cause of ringworm).
Disinfects and controls mold and mildew on hard, nonporous
surfaces such as metal surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, glazed
porcelain, glazed ceramic tile, plastic surfaces, bathroom
fixtures, empty garbage cans and diaper pails, furniture in sick
rooms and nurseries, fishing equipment and sports equipment
such as skate shoes and bowling shoes. Spray in the shower
stalls, shoes, and walking areas.
USED IN: HOSPITALS AND OTHER MEDICAL, INDUSTRIAL,
INSTITUTIONAL, COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:It is a violation of federal law to use
this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
This product is not for use on critical or semi-critical medical
device surfaces.

FLUIDS.
PERSONAL PROTECTION: When handling items soiled with
blood or body fluids, use disposable latex gloves, gowns, masks,
and eye coverings. CLEANING PROCEDURES: Blood and
other body fluids (containing HIV-1) must be thoroughly cleaned
from surfaces and objects before application of this product.
DISPOSAL OF INFECTIOUS MATERIALS: Blood, body
fluids, cleaning materials and clothing should be autoclaved and
disposed of according to federal, state, and local regulations for
infectious waste disposal.
CONTACT TIME: Allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes.
FOR TUBERCULOCIDAL USE: Remove heavy soil and thoroughly
clean surfaces prior to application of this product. Spray from 6-8″ until thoroughly wet. Allow surface to remain undisturbed for
at least 10 minutes at 20° C before wiping.
FOR DISINFECTING and deodorizing: remove heavy soil and
spray from 6-8″ until thoroughly wet. Allow surface to remain

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL HAZARDS
Flammable. Contents under pressure. Keep away from heat,
sparks and open flame. Do not puncture or incinerate container .
Exposure to temperatures above 130°F may cause bursting. Do
not use this product in or on electrical equipment due to the
possibility of shock hazard.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE (continued):
TO CONTROL MOLD AND MILDEW (Aspergillus niger , ATCC
6275) and the odors they cause on pre-cleaned, hard, non-porous inanimate surfaces, spray from 6-8″ until thoroughly
wet. Let air dry. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when
mildew growth appears.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
GENERAL: Do not contaminate other materials, including
water , food or feed during transport, use, storage, or disposal.
If damaged or leaking, soak up and wrap waste, then dispose
of as below. Storage: Keep in a cool, dry , locked area
inaccessible to children and away from flames, sparks, sunlight,
or other sources of heat or ignition. Containers heated above
130°F (54°C) may burst. Disposal: Refasten protective cap
on container and discard in trash or offer for recycling, if
available. Do not incinerate or puncture.

CAUTION
Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and
clothing. Do not spray on or toward eyes or face. Avoid

Do not contaminate food or feed, nor surfaces that they may
contact.
FIRST AID:
If in eyes ! Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently
with water for 15-20 minutes.
! Remove contact lenses, if present, after the
first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.
! Call a poison control center or doctor for
further treatment advice.
If Inhaled ! Move person to fresh air.
! If person is not breathing, call 911 or an
ambulance, then give artificial respiration
preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible.

or clothing ! Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water
